8. You received a double payment from the service and refused to return it or were out of the access zone.
9. Received a payment by mistake of the operator, without your actual payment, and refused to return the funds or were out of the access area.
10. You deliberately notify the operator of a purposeful violation of the rules of the service.
11. You have financial obligations to another exchange service.
12. Repeated violation of the rules of the exchange service, especially if you ignore all the comments and warnings.
13. If fraud is suspected.
14. If the operator understands that you are in an inadequate state under the influence of psychotropic substances.
15. Unreasonable claims of any nature.
16. For offers to participate in carding, phishing and hype projects.
17. Distracting the operator with questions not related to exchange transactions and issues of the service.

Also remember that the service reserves the right to refuse service without explanation.

After our denial of service, the user can be blacklisted by the service with further blocking of his personal account, banned from the chat, all letters will go to spam, in other words, the dialogue will be terminated and all possible contacts cut off.
